This first lesson comprises eight sections:

Section 1. Firstly, we ask you to fill in a questionnaire about how comfortable you are with your own language. It is an introduction into the topic of linguistic assertiveness. 

Section 2. After that you can watch the introduction into linguistic assertiveness by Prof. Ferran Suay. 

Section 3. This is a document about linguistic assertiveness. It gives an overview of what was talked about in the presentation of Prof. Ferran Suay. 

Section 4 . This is a short test to determine for yourself whether you have understood the treated material. 

Section 5. This is a short animation about the topic. 

Section 6. After that we ask you to fill in the Linguistic Assertiveness Self-Assessment. 

Section 7. If you want to learn more about what assertiveness is, you can read this document about Assertiveness.

Section 8. Finally you can watch a YouTube-clip about Assertiveness.
