Language Assertiveness MOOC Lesson 3 – Resources that will help you become linguistically assertive.

This third lesson comprises six sections:

Section 1. Firstly, you can watch the presentation “Can you become linguistically (more) assertive?” by Prof. Ferran Suay. 

Section 2. After that, you can read the document about becoming linguistically assertive.  It gives an overview of what was talked about in the presentation of Prof. Ferran Suay. 

Section 3. Then you can watch some short role playing clips on how the resources that Prof. Ferran Suay talked about in his presentation work in practice. 

Section 4. This is a short test to determine for yourself whether you have understood the material that was illustrated previously. 

Section 5. You will also be given two assignments to practice pole position and bilingual conversations. You can download a form with 2 charts to help you keep track of progress.

Section 6. This is a short animation about the topic.
