This fifth lesson comprises six sections:
Section 1. Firstly, you can read the document about goal setting and making a plan.
Section 2. After that, you can watch a short animation about the topic.
Section 3. Then you can watch a YouTube-video about SMART goal setting.
Section 4: This is a short test to determine for yourself whether you have understood the material that was illustrated previously.
Section 5. After that you can set your own goals and make your personal action plan.
Section 6. Finally you‘ll fill in the two surveys you’ve also filled in as part of lesson 1. Are there any changes?
